  • THE COURTYARDS ASSOCIATION MAY APPLY A FEE FOR PETS
  • PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN POOL AREA OR INSIDE THE COURTYARDS  
  • PET OWNERS CAN BE FINED IF CAUGHT NOT CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR PET
  • A NON-REFUNDABLE PET DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PETS  ($250.00 PER PET) 
  • UPDATED VET PAPERS AND A PIC OF YOUR PET IS NEEDED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
